Jay joined Valley Oak in 2026. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos in the Philippines and has been a licensed CPA since 2017. With a strong foundation in tax compliance, strategic tax planning, financial analysis, and accounting principles, he is committed to helping clients with complex tax matters and achieve their financial goals. Outside of work, Jay enjoys exploring the outdoors, drawing, and playing music.
