As of January 1st, 2024, Campbell Tersolo & Clyman APC (aka CTC) a CPA firm located in Solana Beach, California, has merged with Valley Oak Financial PLC, (aka VO) headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  VO and CTC have long been serving clients all across the United States and internationally, so the merger of these two firms was a natural fit.  

CTC joining forces with Valley Oak provides the ability for greater collaboration, more support with a larger team, and additional value-added opportunities for all clients with a more robust service offering.

Mike Tersolo and Rosanne Clyman, partners in CTC, along with their existing team members, including Brenda Takayama and Cindy Henderson, continue to stay involved in the merging of the two teams, processes, and servicing of CTC clients.

The joining of these two firms brings a further reach across the US and beyond, with offices in 2 states, and with team members now working together in 6 states as well as our dedicated Philippine team members.
