Alicia Kovach
Chief Operating Officer
Alicia Kovach joined Valley Oak in 2016. She attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2011, and was the 4-year starting shortstop earning the title "Mid-American Conference Player of the Year" in 2009, and eventually inducted into the Ball State Hall of Fame in 2023.
Alicia started her career in the corporate world, working for a Fortune 100 payroll and HR company. After learning what Valley Oak was doing different in the tax and wealth planning space, she knew she wanted to not only be part of it, but also to help scale it. At Valley Oak, she focuses her efforts in collaborating with her colleagues to create efficient systems and processes across all areas of the business, keeping the client experience at the forefront of all decisions made.
She enjoys exercising, going to the lake, and spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two children, Nolan and Caroline.
