The QuickBooks Accounting Specialist is responsible for categorizing business transactions, handling monthly reconciliations, and producing financial statements for a number of different businesses across many industries.
Valley Oak is a full-service financial services with a three-pronged approach. We operate and manage a full-service CPA firm, Investment and Advisory firm, and Insurance Firm. Our niche is working with business owners to create a customized plan to lower income taxes, optimize personal wealth, and minimize wealth transfers.

For the QuickBooks Accounting Specialist to be successful, they should be a go-getter and out-of-the-box thinker when it comes to helping small and medium sized businesses with their bookkeeping, accounting, and cash flow needs. QuickBooks and number-crunching must excite you. It should give you great joy and purpose bringing your valuable knowledge and skill set to help businesses grow and to stay on top of one of the most important things – their profit. You’ll use this skill set (and develop new ones) to oversee the day-to-day financial transactions of these clients. From small to medium sized organizations, many with multiple entities and intricacies, you will perform all the necessary bookkeeping tasks coupled with monthly financial reporting and year-end wrap up.
