Matthew L. Rzepka, CPA, Certified Financial Planner (TM) is the firm’s co-founder, owner, and managing partner. Matthew made the decision to establish Valley Oak after working for several successful years for a regional CPA firm. He felt clients could be better serviced with a more responsive, value-added approach.

It is a one-of-a-kind name that reflects Matthew’s collegiate affiliation and family’s seven generation agricultural background.
